These terms and conditions are an agreement that govern your participation in the 2027 AtriumX conference. Each individual attendee and exhibitor representative (“Attendee” or “You”) agrees to abide by this agreement and agrees that the sole control of AtriumX rests with Atrium24. Attendee understands and acknowledges that Atrium24 may render final and binding decisions with respect to the interpretation of this agreement as well as eligibility and participation in this event. AtriumX is a private business event. Atrium24 monitors registration and attendance. Registration and/or attendance may be denied to any person or entity by Atrium24 in Atrium24’s sole discretion. ATTENDEE BADGES Attendee shall be required to wear an AtriumX badge at all times while attending AtriumX. Attendee shall pick up his/her own badge from onsite AtriumX registration. To pick up a badge, all registration fees must be paid in full. Only the Attendee can use his/her designated badge. Attendee shall not share, donate, sell or otherwise transfer the badge to any other party(ies). Atrium24 reserves the right to revoke any badge it determines is being used improperly. If Atrium24 revokes a badge, Attendee shall not receive any form of refund or compensation. If a badge is lost or stolen, Attendee must notify Atrium24 staff. Atrium24 may issue replacement badges at its sole discretion. Badge reprints may be subject to a fee up to the onsite registration fee. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION Cancellations on or before May 31, 2026 for a full refund of the amount paid less any processing fees. Cancellations made June - August, 2026 will receive a 50% refund for the amount paid less any processing fees. Cancellations made September - November, 2026 will receive a 25% refund for the amount paid less any processing fees. No refunds will be made after December 1, 2026. HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS Atrium24 will provide a link to book a room at the event hotel. Attendee is responsible for making his/her own hotel and travel arrangements. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out early. Atrium24 recommends that Attendees reserve rooms upon receipt of the AtriumX registration confirmation e-mail. Atrium24 cannot guarantee that Attendee will have a discounted rate at the hotel. Attendee must contact Atrium24 staff to make changes to a hotel reservation. Attendee shall comply with the hotel’s policies including deposit and cancellation policies. CONDUCT You agree that Atrium24 reserves the right to remove you from AtriumX if Atrium24, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders AtriumX or the enjoyment of the AtriumX event by other participants. Additionally, any Attendee shall be removed from the AtriumX event immediately for the following behavior: i) Offensive or unwanted behavior or language; ii) making AtriumX content available to an AtriumX competitor; iii) sharing your AtriumX registration with another person; iv) failure to follow any rules or regulations of Atrium24 or the event hotel; or v) failure to follow any instructions of Atrium24 or event hotel staff. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO/AUDIO By attending AtriumX, Attendee consents to having their images, voice, likeness, presentation, and/or other copyrightable materials recorded in any medium, including but not limited to video, audio, and still photography. Atrium24 reserves the right to use any material and/or recordings taken at AtriumX at any time, and without giving Attendees additional notice or any compensation. CONFIDENTIALITY Attendee acknowledges and agrees that AtriumX, by its nature, is designed to provide information regarding certain aspects of Atrium24’s business operations, including but not limited to program offerings, sales information, pricing, strategies, and future developments, all of which are considered Atrium24’s “Confidential Information”. Regardless of how Attendee obtains Confidential Information, whether through written documentation, visual observation, oral presentation, or by any other means, Attendee agrees to (a) protect the Confidential Information of Atrium24 with at least the same degree of care used to protect their own confidential information; (b) not use, publish, or disclose to third parties such Confidential Information; and (c) promptly deliver to Atrium24 or destroy all copies of Atrium24’s Confidential Information upon the request of Atrium24. Confidential Information shall not include information already known to the recipient at the time of disclosure, or information that is or in the future becomes publicly known other than as a result of a breach of this section. Liability Waiver: In consideration of your attendance, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Atrium24, sponsors, venue, and all associated parties, including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or any other reason. Force Majeure: Atrium24 will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or other circumstances beyond their control. AMENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS Atrium24 may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, amend these terms and conditions. Any such changes shall be binding upon Attendee and shall be posted on the event webpage. MISCELLANEOUS This agreement will be governed and constructed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws provision. The exclusive venue for any dispute relating to this agreement shall be Pinellas County, Florida. This agreement contains the entire agreement of, and supersedes any and all prior understandings, arrangements, and agreements between the parties, either oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any provision of this agreement, which is unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof. Neither party may assign this agreement without the other party’s prior written consent.
