Exhibit at AtriumX 2027
Meet owners and decision makers who show up ready to solve real problems, not collect swag.
Independent pharmacy is under more pressure than ever, reimbursement, regulation, chain competition, telehealth. Most events respond with another panel about the problem. AtriumX is built around what owners can actually do about it, decided by the room, in real time.
For exhibitors, that changes the entire environment. You're not fighting for attention in a crowded expo hall. You're stepping into a room where conversations are longer, context is deeper, and relationships form around real business challenges.
The owners in this room are already doing the work of solving their own problems. Your job is simply to be part of that conversation.
This is the room your booth will be part of. When attendees describe AtriumX like this, it's easy to see why exhibitors tell us the conversations here run deeper than a typical trade show floor.
Dispense Times — one of independent pharmacy's most widely read trade publications — called AtriumX "the only pharmacy conference where participants choose the topics." In their 2026 cover feature, veteran pharmacy industry specialist Bruce Kneeland attended AtriumX firsthand and described the experience as a "truly customized pharmacy learning experience" unlike anything else in the industry.
"Meaningful professional relationships are formed — relationships that continue to provide value long after attendees return home."
— Bruce Kneeland, Independent Pharmacy Specialist, Dispense Times
For exhibitors, that's the point: the same relationships the press writes about are the ones your team gets to build in the room.
Why Exhibitors Choose AtriumX

You're not competing for attention with hundreds of booths. Conversations are intentional, focused, and often extend well beyond a single interaction.

Because the agenda is built live by the room, you get immediate insight into what owners are prioritizing right now — and can align your pitch in real time instead of guessing.

Attendees are owners and operators, not just staff sent to walk the floor. The people you meet are the ones evaluating, selecting, and implementing solutions.
The team that connects pharmacies and puts the right exhibitors in the room with them.
AtriumX doesn't happen by accident. Behind every carefully curated session, every handpicked exhibitor, and every conversation that starts at the Welcome Reception and lasts well past Saturday afternoon, there's a team that has spent the better part of a year making sure the room is exactly right. The Atrium24 team has worked alongside independent pharmacy owners across the country, and they've built this event around what actually gets a real conversation started between an owner and the right exhibitor. When you bring your team to AtriumX 2027, you're not renting booth space at a trade show — you're stepping into a room built for real conversations, by people who care whether you leave with something real.
"We found it valuable to be in a room where we can have very intimate conversations. Your typical conference, you're giving elevator pitches — that's not a personal approach. Hearing directly from pharmacy owners is a much easier way to understand their pain points."
- Danielle Buttion, Sales & Marketing Specialist, JAMSRx, AtriumX 2026
DAY 1 | Set the Context
Exhibitor move-in runs 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with doors opening at 2:00 PM. While exhibitors don't take part in Discovery Sessions directly, the priorities attendees surface there shape everything that follows. Connect with attendees at the Welcome Reception as they submit and vote on session topics — your first chance to hear what matters most to the room.
DAY 2 | Engage with Purpose
As breakout sessions unfold throughout the day, engage with attendees around the real challenges being discussed. Align your solutions with what's emerging in the room — and with facilitator approval, you may participate in select discussions or workshops to offer educational or informational value.
DAY 3 | Strengthen & Extend
The general session wraps by 2:00 PM, followed by exhibitor move-out from 2:00–8:00 PM. Use the morning to reinforce the relationships you've built throughout the event and deepen conversations around next steps. You'll leave with stronger connections, clearer insight, and opportunities that extend well beyond the conference.

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld puts you steps from SeaWorld Orlando and minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World, and Orlando International Airport. It's an ideal setting to focus, connect, and extend your stay with your team before or after the conference. Exhibitor move-in is Thursday, March 4 from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with move-out Saturday, March 6 from 2:00–8:00 PM.

The owners who show up here are committed to growth — and exhibitors who show up ready to engage, not just pitch, get the most out of the room. If you're ready to be part of the conversation instead of just another booth, this is your event.
